This course is designed for General Practice Staff, to provide a deeper understanding of what ill health is, how it can impact upon people, their attitudes and how to help them whilst providing a caring approach towards them.
This course provides some examples of what could occur in a stressful situation, how to demonstrate that you are listening and have understood the situation and can help to provide a good outcome to the discussions/situations whilst being aware of your surroundings.
