Some terminology used within this course can sound harsh, which is not intentional and of course, as professionals we are always aware of the delicacy involved with people’s conditions, their lives and indeed the friends and family that they have. This course is very emotive, if you feel affected by any of the content then please ensure that you make contact with your Supervisor/Line Manager and discuss any help or support that you might need, that they can provide you with.
