You will learn various methods of interviewing and how providing a structured interview can aid fairness and provide a consistent approach to all candidates on completion of this lesson.

  • Weighting questions

During this lesson you will gain an understanding of the significance and importance assigned to specific questions in the evaluation process, gaining an understanding of how some questions may carry more weight than others and how the responses to these weighted questions can heavily influence the overall assessment of a candidate’s suitability for the position.

  • Presentations

You will gain an understanding of the relevance of the use of presentations and tests within interviews, ensuring they are relevant to the role and not overly burdensome for candidates by completing this lesson.

  • The Interview Panel

  • Preparing Interview Questions

Through completion of this lesson you will learn why it is important to prepare diverse questions that can apply to all candidates and how this is an evolving process.

  • Conducting an Interview
