Welcome to GP Healthcare Alliance’s Sexual Harassment Awareness Training (All Staff) course.

This online training course provides all staff with a clear understanding of what sexual harassment is, how it can occur in the workplace and the steps everyone must take to prevent it, within the UK. The course covers both obvious and subtle behaviours, helping staff recognise inappropriate conduct, including comments, messages, gestures, and actions that may create discomfort, offence, or harm.

Through interaction and practical examples, staff will learn how to respond safely and appropriately if they witness or experience sexual harassment. The course also explains organisational responsibilities, reporting pathways and the importance of creating a respectful, inclusive working environment where concerns are taken seriously. This course is mandatory for all employees and forms part of our commitment to maintaining a safe, professional and respectful workplace.
