Welcome to GP Healthcare Alliance’s Probationary Reviews : A Manager’s Guide to Fair and Effective Staff Assessment course.

This course is designed for anyone who will be undertaking Probationary Reviews as part of their job role globally, including team leaders, Managers, CEO’s in any profession and GP / other professional Partners. The time taken to complete this course will depend upon prior experience and knowledge and could take up to 1 hour to complete, particularly if your experience is limited, you will have a downloadable PDF at the end of the course for your future reference requirements.

 

The aim of this training is for the learner to understand the basic principles of Probationary reviews and to be able to carry out the tasks involved and understand why these are necessary within your workplace role. This course has been created to help guide you, to become familiar with what you might be expected to do and how you can begin to approach this task. The contents of this course are available on a downloadable PDF for you to be able to utilise at a later date if required, which can be increased in size when downloaded if need be. Please also ensure that you follow your workplace Policies and Protocols when carrying out probationary reviews and work in accordance with these.
